A rule suspending and limiting entry at the Southern border to be posted

An interim final rule implementing the presidential proclamation this week will establish certain limitations on asylum eligibility and will revise certain procedures for the expedited removal process. The rule will be posted in the Federal Register on June7, 2024 and will take effect on June 5.
